POWDER COATING PLANTS & EQUIPMENTS
It offers significant performance with lower costs and controlled emissions & waste disposal compared to its conventional counterparts. Powdered polymer paint, electrostatically charged with a help of a gun is applied on the metal surface which is further cured in a curing oven to obtain a paint skin with a superior finish and durability.
Powder Coating Booth
To recover the over spray powder, we design booths with various recovery technology like, Cyclone, Multicylone, Bag Filters & Cartridge Recovery.
Curing Ovens
Powder is cured at over 180 - 220DegC with EMT ranging from 6 mins to 15 mins. We design Ovens with fuels like Electric, Gas (LPG/PNG), LDO, Infrared & UV.
Electrostatic Spray Gun
Manual & Automatic Guns are used to electrostatically spray powder on the components. With robust Circuit design & Light weight it real success with Operators
SPRAY PAINTING PLANT & EQUIPMENT
A primitive but the most common way of painting in the industry. It’s application is more elaborate in its process and needs a much more carefully designed equipment as it more hazardous and harmful for environment if proper methods are not adopted as compared to powder coatings. SSA designed system that makes it simpler and easy to operate and also reducing the level of VOC's being released in atmosphere.
Spray Paint Booth
Designed to efficiently arrest the over spray paint either in wet(water) based or dry(filter) type, with side or down draft type.
Curing Ovens
Usually Liquid Paints have various curing schedule, starting from air drying to mild(70-80 DegC) temperatures to high(180 DegC).
Dry Liquid Booth
Designed to efficiently arrest the over spray paint either in wet(water) based or dry(filter) type, with side or down draft type.

Dunking Dip CED Line
A CED coating plant, also known as a cathodic electrodeposition coating plant, is a facility used for applying a protective coating on various metal surfaces. Tank Recirculation System

Automatic Transporter System

Baking Oven

UF Flushing System
